Vendor terms

No fees are charged and no paid arrangements are active. These are draft terms for discussion.

Enquiries

Approved vendors see only enquiries a buyer has agreed to share and that SoftShop has assigned to them. Vendors must use buyer details only to respond to that enquiry and must not add buyers to marketing lists without their own consent.

Qualified leads (proposed)

If per-lead fees are introduced, a lead would count as qualified only if it meets published criteria (for example: a described business need, a verified contact, a stated timescale, a matching category and buyer consent to share). Vendors could dispute a lead within a published window. Exact fees and criteria will be set out here before anything is charged.

Independence

Fees, sponsorships or affiliate links never change the finder’s ranking. Any sponsored placement is labelled “Sponsored” and any affiliate link is disclosed next to the link.
